Baby & Junior Race 2011

It is a beautiful day to begin…

I woke up happily and had my shower. Then Daddy & Mummy brought me and 妹妹 for hair trimming at Monsoon as I am going to celebrate my birthday in the evening. We had our lunch at Novena Square foodcourt before setting off to D’Marquee for the Baby & Junior Race 2011.

Aunt Sherly, Uncle Zhengyu, Jet and Jetta reached shortly after us. Jet and I had a good time playing at the bungee jump. Lao Ma, Grandpa, 外婆 and 姨婆 also came followed by 二姨婆, Shan表姨, Wei Wei表舅 to support me and 妹妹 for the Say Cheese Photo Contest and the race. Keely also came with her parents. Jet, Keely and I took part in the race and we belong to category E. 妹妹 belongs to category C.




The race started, Daddy and I took 4.3s to complete. When it was 妹妹 turn, she must run to the mid-point to get the balls and then run to the finishing line. She took 7s to complete.

Finally, it is time for Prize Presentation. When the emcee announced the results for Dress Me Up and Sporty Kid, everyone was so excited and anxious. Both 妹妹 and I came in first. We received a trophy and a hamper each. Everyone was happy for us. None of us won in the category E race. Then when the emcee announced the 2nd runner up for category C, it was Jovie. Mummy was surprised and she brought xx up to the stage. 妹妹 walked happily to receive the trophy. There was a hamper too. It was such a joyous occasion for all of us!
