A Bored Sunday

What a boring & dull Sunday for me! I was playing by myself when we arrived at Granny's place. Both cousins were not present. Luckily Granny accompanied me to play for a short while. Soon we left for Jurong. I fell asleep in the car.

GUG – Alphabet ‘M’ & COM Centre

Today, Daddy left for Aljunied after sending me and Mummy to United Square. In class, teacher drew a muffin on my hand and I learnt ‘missy missy mouse, Mmm’. It is the alphabet ‘M’. After class, Mummy brought me to McDonald and I saw on the kiddy ride while eating my nuggets. Then we rushed to buy my sandals as Daddy was on his way to fetch us.

Soon, Daddy came with Grandpa and Grandma in the car. We drove to Com Centre. There, Daddy bought a Nokia 5800 handphone. Then we had lunch at Crystal Jade but I fell asleep right after the food came. I cried non-stop when I woke up, didn’t want to go into the car, etc…
Mummy finally tamned me down and we went to Aljunied after sending Grandpa & Grandma to their office. When I reached home (Tivela), I had a new toy...

My New Clean-up Set

...this new toy was purchased secretly with my sandals. It is a clean-up set from Daddy; consist of broom, dustpan, brush, sponge, detergent, trolley and a vacuum cleaner. I love to use broom and dustpan. I will also use the vacuum cleaner when Mummy uses her vacuum cleaner except that I cannot follow Daddy when he mops the floor :< Mummy says she will buy a mop and pail for me...Hooray!

Daddy & Mummy brought me to IMM to shop after their work. There, I ran about happily and Daddy had to chase after me. Daddy then carried me and put me on the ride without inserting any money. I dare not sit on the ride when it is moving 怕怕!

GUG - Alphabet 'L' & Changi Airport

Today, Daddy sit in with me for my class cos Mummy is not feeling well. Guess what?? I learnt 'L' and it stands for Lizard. I made the 'liz' sound and hid in the corner when teacher brought out the 'lizard'(soft toy) from the zoo bag. Teacher also drew a lolipop on my hand. After class, we went for lunch before heading home.



In the evening after my nap, we went Changi Airport for dinner and Mummy bought a Samsung handphone. We ate at Crystal Jade (Korean) restaurant. After that, I ran about before going home. Grandpa and grandma came to our place and played with me.

OG Private Sale at Centrepoint

This evening, Yi Po brought me to OG for their private sale. Mummy went there to meet us after her work. It was so crowded. Mummy bought some porcelain bowls for our new house. I received new clothes, biscuits and Hello Kitty storage box from Mummy. We had to queue for an hour to pay for the items!

A New Set of Toy - Little's Doctor

It was a beautiful Sunday...

As usual, I went to Granny's house to play with my cousins. As Daddy had finally decided to get a new car seat for me, we proceeded to Takashimaya after dinner. There, the salesperson said there was no stock for the colour of the car seat we want but they can deliver to us one week later if we can wait. Daddy agreed without hesitation.

When I reached home(Jurong), grandma came and bought a toy for me. I am a Little Doctor! Do I look like one? I played happily with Mummy as a patient...

Takashimaya Baby Fair

This morning (14 Mar'09), the teachers at Growing-Up Gifted (GUG) taught me the alphabet ‘K’. It is pronounced as ‘Ker’ and I learn to hope like a kangaroo. It was fun! After class, we went Takashimaya Baby Fair to shop and see the car seat.

Then we went KFC to have lunch.I ate the entire drumstick. See how enjoy I am? Hahaha....

As Daddy was uncertain to get a new car seat for me or just to buy a new cover for my current one, he decided to give it a thought. We then headed to Clementi central to meet Gu Gu and Gu Zhang to see curtains. Followed by, we went Sungei Kadut to view dinning table and our final stop was at Causeway Point to have our dinner.

Phew! A long Saturday for me...

REDS Hairdressing

Yi Po took me to Ngee Ann City to meet Mummy after her work. Then we went REDS for my haircut appointment.



After that, we shopped at the Baby Fair. Mummy brought lots of stuff for me, such as Combi chopsticks (initially wanted to buy at Expo but no more stock on the 1st day), mini fork & spoon set, tissue wipes, laundry detergent, milk bottles, teats, toothbrush (all from Pigeon), milk powder container and clothes (ELLE & Winnie the Pooh). I’m so happy!

Then we went McDonald but Mummy ordered a KFC chicken for me while she and Yi PO had McDonald.

Tampines Ikea

It was Sunday noon and I am at Ikea. There, I shopped joyfully with Daddy & Mummy. Mummy bought a table, chair and a storage box for me. (No picture now cos they are in Daddy's car boot, will upload next week when we returned to Tivela to fix them)
Then we set off to Bedok to visit 奶奶. I played by myself today cos my cousins did not come. After that, Mummy asked me to go into the room to take my afternoon nap.

United Square & Vivocity

I woke up at 8am today. Then together with Daddy & Mummy, we headed to United Square for my class at Growing-Up Gifted. We went for a quick breakfast at McDonald first. In class, I learnt the pronunciation of ‘J’ – “Jer “and it stands for Jellyfish, sticking of Fruit Loops, playing with scarf, etc. Teacher also taught us a new song, Ten Little Fingers. I enjoyed the lesson happily. The teacher also drew a busy bee on my hand..Before we left, Daddy bought 2 tops from OP for me.




After class, we went Vivocity to shop and eat. Our first stop was Zara. There, Daddy bought another 2 tops and 1 bottom for me. Nice? Then we had our lunch at the food-court. After lunch, we stopped at Haagen Dazs for ice cream. Yummy…yummy!



After that, we went Giant but I fell asleep on Mummy’s shoulder. Daddy bought some groceries. We left all the stuff in the car and continued our shopping. We proceeded to Best Denki and bought a vacuum cleaner. Phew! It was already 5 plus and we decided to head home after a long day.

Daddy cooked macaroni for us for dinner when we reached home though he was exhausted. A sweet & lovely Daddy!

Mummy took me to Kiddy Palace after work. There, I am very mischievous; ran about the place. Daddy went there to meet us after his work. Mummy wanted to get me something but I couldn’t decide what I want. In the end, we left empty handed. Sob…sob.

17 Month Old

4th March 2009 - I am 17 months old now! I have 16 teeth at present (16th tooth comes out on 3rd Mar). As usual, I will wear new set of clothes. I have become more playful and naughtier! Well, I am able to hold a pencil in the correct way. Soon, I will learn to write my name...hehe!

Mummy bought a new book for me to learn. It is on "Fruits & Vegetables". Mummy also took me to downstairs to stroll after her dinner.

Happy Sunday

Sunrise…I am awake; disturbed Daddy & Mummy from their sleep. Then Daddy brushed my teeth for me and off we went for our breakfast together with Mummy.
I ate kueh chap…

At home, I played and ran around the house happily with Daddy while Mummy packed my belongings.Daddy was chasing after me to get me dress up after my bath but I just kept running away from him. Hee hee.... In the afternoon, we went 姑姑 new house to see. The house is very big and renovation is halfway done. After viewing, we went to Granny's house. There, I played with cousin Erin happily that I forgo my afternoon nap.

I fell asleep right away once I got into the car; travelled to Jurong. TOO TIRED...

My First Enrichment Class

It is my first time going to playgroup at Growing-up Gifted in United Square. Mummy enrolled me in the "Baby & Mother Enrichment Programme". From today onwards,I will be going for my playgroup every Saturday.

There, I saw many people. I walked around the class happily with excitement. Class started, teachers taught us matching of pictures, zoo-phonics, usage of magnets and potato printing. We also have story-telling and singing session. I enjoyed myself every much & I have more friends now!


After the class, we went for lunch and to Cold Storage to get some stuff cos Mummy will be cooking tonight. Mummy also bought some pyjamas for me.

A Special Friday

I was with Daddy at Tivela the whole morning when I got up from bed. Mummy was at work. Daddy helped me to brush my teeth, bathed for me and took me to Kopitiam for breakfast then to NTUC to shop. Back home, he accompanied every minute and played with me. What a wonderful and caring Daddy I have!
(Daddy initially was afraid that I’d cry for Mummy)

Around 1.30pm, he brought me out to cycle and we waited at the MRT station for Mummy to return from work. She took half day leave. I was so happy when I saw Mummy. Then we went for lunch together. I had my afternoon nap when we were home.




In the evening about 5.30pm, we went Expo for the Baby Care Festival. Mummy signed me up for the Toddler Telematch organized by Huggies. Before the match, we shopped around and Mummy bought a new flavor of cereal for me from Nestle. Soon it was time for the Telematch; Daddy took video clips of me. It was fun and I came in FIRST! I won a bag of Huggies diapers.

After that, we went for dinner at the food junction before going home.

17 Month Old
