My 4th Birthday Goodies Box

This year the theme for my birthday is Minnie Mouse. So Mummy tries her best to source for stuff that is Minnie Mouse and/or Mickey Mouse. Minnie is for girl and Mickey is for boy. My party box consists of Mickey or Minnie stationery such as notebook, sharpener, pencil. It has also skittles, M&M chocolates, snacks and biscuit. Aunt Hazel sponsor caramel bread for me to include in my goodies box.


Mummy also prepare some games for my friends. These are the presents for the winners.


I have another set of party box for my classmates. The items are a bit difference interms of stationery cos there is no special theme to give to my classmates.

Items bought in Sep'11

In the month of Sep'11, Muumy bought clothes from Poney, Camouflage, Fox for me and Jovie. I also have a water gun and a book from Daddy.

爷爷’s birthday

It’s 爷爷’s birthday. Daddy suggested going to the Seoul Garden at Downtown East since 姑姑 wants Seoul Garden. This is because we can submit some of the voting slips and at the same time collect more voting slips. Hee hee! Seoul Garden has changed the concept. Now it is computerized; we just need to use the ‘mouse’ to click the food that we want on the computer and the waiter will bring the food to us. For dessert, we will need to go to the food counter to get ourselves. 妹妹 ate non-stop. I finished a bowl of rice, had prawns, hot dog, fish ball, cabbage and chicken. Mummy also gave me 3 scoops of ice cream.

After the dinner, we sang birthday song to爷爷 and cut the cake. It is a strawberry cake from Pine Garden.

Mummy went H&M again. This time she purchased a pair of boots and jeans for me.

中秋节快乐

Today is Mid-Autumn Festival. Daddy & Mummy brought me and 妹妹 to the void deck to play bubbles. The lantern that 爷爷 gave can blow out bubbles. 妹妹 and I chased after the bubbles happily. After finishing the whole bottle of bubbles, we went to the lake to play candles. Daddy lighted the lanterns and hanged on the tree. Then Daddy lighted the remaining candles and I sang birthday song to myself then blew out the candles. As it was quite windy, Daddy had to light the candles repeatedly. Poor Daddy!

Soon it started to drizzle and we quickly ran to the void deck and saw Grandpa. He came to look for us. Then we returned home together.

Happy Sunday

In the afternoon, we set off to Bedok first to collect the lanterns that 爷爷 has bought for me and 妹妹. Then we head down to Explorerkid to get the voting slips as 妹妹 and I have been shortlisted for “Dress Me Up” and “Sporty Kid” respectively.

Finally we rushed to Vivocity to meet Aunt Sherly, Uncle Zhengyu, Jet, Jetta, Aunt Adele and Felicia. Uncle Zhengyu also bought popcorns for us. Thanks Uncle Zhengyu. Then we went into the cinema together. 妹妹 and I happily eating the popcorns while watching the Smurfs. We finished the whole packet of popcorns! After the movie, we had our dinner at 店小二. Mummy gave us a treat. Aunt Adele and Felicia left first because they are going to their new house to check out the renovations. After that we went Toy R’Us.

It was a long and super tiring day for me and 妹妹 but I enjoyed myself very much. I even hmm the Smurf’s song,
“La la la-la la la,
Sing a happy song.
La la la-la la la,
Smurf your whole day long.”

Healthy Baby Show @ Nanyang CC

In the morning, we went Nanyang CC for 妹妹’s Healthy Baby Competition. After her check-up, we went for breakfast. Then we returned to the CC to wait for the results. 妹妹 won 3rd prize in Healthy Baby Competition under 18th to 24th month category. Her prizes include a trophy and a hamper. Then we went home to change cos Daddy & Mummy are bringing me to watch movie, Smurfs with Jet, Jetta, Felicia, etc.

Pre-Celebration for Mid-Autumn Festival

This evening, 姨婆 took me and 妹妹 to the market there to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival. It was a pre-celebration organized by the market’s committee members.
There were singing session and mini buffet. Daddy & Mummy came to join us after they came back from work. 妹妹 and I enjoyed ourselves. We also had piglet biscuits(猪仔饼). Mummy won a box of colorful snow skin mooncakes while 姨婆 won a box of traditional mooncakes in the lucky draw.

H&M

H&M is a newly opened apparel stores in Singapore. Today, Mummy went to H&M to shop during her lunch time. She said that the public have to queue before they can enter H&M. She bought a pair of Hello Kitty tights, tank tops for me. As for my sister, she received a Hello Kitty long sleeve top, shorts and a cardigan.

Angry Bird Lanterns

Everybody is mesmerized with Angry Birds now. So am I. This year, 姨婆 bought Angry Bird Lanterns for us. Though it is made of paper, we need not to use candle. It comes with LED light. Quite special! I also have Angry Bird lanterns that must use candle to light up. Thank You, 姨婆 for all the lanterns!

Mummy bought a box of snow skin mooncake with double yolk from East Ocean for Daddy. Cos Daddy loves snow skin mooncake. She also bought a box of mooncake with double yolk from Ritz Carlton for Lao Ma at a corporate rate.

From Phuket

Daddy came back from Phuket today and bought some stuff for us. He enjoyed himself and I told him about my cruise trip.

Star Virgo (2 Sep - 4 Sep 2011)

After two nights in the cruise, we are returning home. Daddy also will be going back in the late afternoon. We had breakfast in the cafe. Mummy ordered a bowl of laksa for herself. Jovie and I shared a bowl of porridge and a plate of fried chicken wings. Yum Yum! Then we returned to the room to collect our luggages. Sonn we arrived Singapore. Grandpa came to fetch us. We had a fun, great and happy time!
